Return and Refund Policy

At T2KO, we are committed to delivering high-quality clothing to our customers. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us via email at hello@t2ko.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item in your email.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your request and assess the damage, we will notify you of the refund status. If your claim is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Items without original tags and packaging

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, you will need to place a new order.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
