1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We currently only ship within Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
- Domestic (Australia): Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors, such as postal delays or public holidays.
3. Shipping Destinations
We ship to most locations within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. Shipping Issues
